This session will introduce the principles of Open Access in relation to SURE (our institutional repository). Using SURE is a great way to make your research outputs open access and share them with the wider research community and public. SURE underpins what it often referred to as green open access and supports the institution in implementing its Research publication, Open Access and Copyright Policy. If you have never added anything to SURE, or need a refresher on how to do it this is the session for you. The research and scholarly communications team will demonstrate the system to guide you through your deposits. There will be time for questions.
This session supports researcher development with descriptors 3.4; 4.2 and 4.3 of the Vitae Researcher Development Framework.
